Zorbitz Inc announced today that Zorbitz and Amazing Kids! are working together to help kids make their dreams come true by providing the tools they need and mentors to guide them along the way.

“It is the simple things in life that make a large difference in the world.” says Robin Sydney, president of Zorbitz.  “I can’t wait to team up with Alyse. Her organization is doing amazing things for kids, showing them where to go or who to be in touch with to make a difference.”

4^th grader Katie Stagliano, winner of Amazing Kids!’ first-ever Launch My Dream! t-shirt design contest, believes she can change the world by ending childhood hunger. “No Hungry Children” Launch My Dream! Katie’s “No Hungry Children” themed shirt was inspired after she grew a 40-pound cabbage, which fed 275 people at a local soup kitchen.  Now her school, Pinewood Preparatory in Summerville, South Carolina, and Charleston organization Fields to Families is planting a school garden and growing food for local hungry children. Katie has been recently featured in the Charleston newspaper for all the amazing things that she does to help others. It is kids like these that make our world a better place and inspire other kids to make a difference, and that is the motivation behind “Launch Your Dream”.

The Zorbitz brand, recognized worldwide for their meaningful bracelets and necklaces, is extremely active in their work with charities.  Zorbitz is a mother-daughter company created to fill peoples lives with hope and miracles in conjunction with high quality product.  Zorbitz has donated thousands of dollars to charities worldwide and as a result of Pink United and Whole Foods Market, raised over $70,000 for Breast Cancer.  During National Karma Week, Zorbitz presented over 150 awards to charities for their good deeds in the community. Heifer International recently awarded Zorbitz for donating an Arc a Year. Zorbitz also created the Woman’s Economic Development Project helping local communities by providing equal opportunity and fair wages to artisans and their families so they can provide the basic needs for their families. Zorbitz has saved over 30,000 kids from going blind with Vitamin Angels and has a wish list of saving over 100,000 in 2009. Founded in 1998 by President Alyse Rome, Amazing Kids!, a non-profit organization, was created to bring out the “Amazing-ness” in children, nurturing their unique talents by giving them access to a mentor, and inspiring them to reach for the sky in everything they do. They offer an online magazine, in addition to a selection of educational programs, contests, mentors, and a chance to not only have their work published, but also to read the works of other children their age.  Amazing Kids! has assisted hundreds of talented kids over the years, some of which have appeared on the Oprah Show and other television shows.
